I didn't ask for the gift of the wolf, I was born to it. I embrace what was given to me and accept it as one of those things in life that I can not change. That's what my parents taught me. It's been nearly ten years since their death, but there isn't a day that goes by that I don't reflect on all that I learned from them....
I was merely fifteen when my parents were killed in a car crash. It broke my heart when my brother Carter sat me down to tell me. All I could imagine was my beautiful mother Sarah’s face with a look of terror on it in her last moments. He said the accident had been so horrific that he hadn’t even been able to identify the bodies, had it not been for their dental records there would have been no proof that our parents were actually dead. I wept on my brother’s shoulder that day, like I’d never wept before in my life. Never will there be two people that I will love or respect more than my parents. I will mourn from them every day of my life. ~ Updating Again!!! ~ |
